Yoshi is 1 year old!

On September 3, 2005 Yoshi and I adopted an 11 week old eskie pup. His name is Mieko and he is a real joy. Yoshi just loves having a playmate, and our little rescue boy is shy, but slowly coming out of his shell. Yoshi has agreed to share his website with his little brother.

Yoshi was born on November 17, 2004
in Des Arc, Missouri. At 8 weeks old he traveled to his new
home in Las Vegas. I have lived in Las Vegas
since 2001 and was very excited to finally get my new puppy.
Because I work with the internet in my professional life, it was
just natural for me to build this website. I
hope to document Yoshi's growth and personality. Hopefully
this will help other Eskie owners (or prospective Eskie owners)
better understand what to expect from their puppies. Check out Yoshi's Photo Album for updates on his progress.
Yoshi came from a litter of 6, 3 boys and 3 girls. These are pictures from the litter that were sent to me while we anxiously waited for him to grow up enough to come to his new home. It was while we waited that we came up with his name, Yoshi. Contrary to popular belief, I did not name him after the Nintendo character, but chose the name because it has many positive meanings (Greatest, Fortunate, Best, Good Luck etc). It also somehow seems to fit well for a cute little white furball. His full registered name is PR Cloud Walker Yoshi.
